Dear Alan:
This doesn't stop it, but you can use excel text functions to convert to
lower, UPPER, or Proper as required. Look up "text functions in Excel help
for more details.
(i.e. PROPER("this is a TITLE") equals "This Is A Title")<<== cut from the
help.
