I communicate frequently with different databases through ODBC with a
Solaris 2.6 / IDS 7.3 machine. For my ODBC Server app I use Openlink which
is downloadable at http://www.openlinksw.com. If you keep having problems
with CLI, try Openlink. I use Openlink because it support a wide variety of
different databases for server and client apps.
