Manually run Report Load on new install

I modified the installation script for R3INST, CENTDB.RS1 to skip RLOAD, due
to errors. I later read in OSS these errors could be ignored. I then flagged
its status error so it would run this component. It reported "Nothing to
do".
However the first client copy os taking two and a half days !
I assume this is because the ABAP/4 Report Load did not complete.
Is their a way to verify the report load completed, and is there a way to
run the load manually ?
