ODBC from Win32 to Solaris/Informix 7.23

I am trying to get an ODBC connection to my SAP R/3 database residing on
a Sun Solaris/Informix 7.23 box. I downloaded the Informix CLI package
and installed on my Win 98 box. Seemed to have the setup right, as I
can get the ILogin demo to make contact. My problem is setting up the
ODBC connection and testing it with MS Access I constantly get the
error message 'ODBC call failed','Driver does not support this
function (#0)'.
I am using the Intersolv ODBC drivers ver 3.10.0009.
