I am not familiar with the CENTDB file, but I hope this info helps you:-
In /usr/sap/<ID>/work there are two files:-
pxastat - this records a list of all loaded reports at shutdown
pxanew - this is copied from pxastat and then used to re-load reports at
startup
Maybe examining these may help?
