'Storage location' sounds like WMS. Do you use that? If yes: is your system
set so it's obligatory to confirm picking (confirm transfer orders) for your
shipping points? My guess to the last question is no, for otherwise at goods
issue you'd be warned that transfer orders still need to be confirmed...
Problem could be caused by the fact that you have no available inventory in
WMS picking locations for the product in question. If so resupply it...
