I cannot create plans. Table 134.

Yesterday, we COULD create plans with SOP create plan.
Today, something has changed, and we get a message stating that :
"No material type exists for product group in table T134. "
We get this for material plans and product group plans. We ran
transaction SCU0
to compare T134 set in our client and in client 000 to see
differences. The one
difference is that in our client, there is an entry for the
grouping indicator.
However, the grouping indicator field cannot be accessed via
transaction sm31.
How do we set this indicator?
