Unfortunately I do not have the time to test moderation-Software
or to write my own one, I'm a little bit busy until end of
january. The only moderation-software I know is STUMP, it was
used by Olaf Schneider <ole@blaubeere.rhein-neckar.de> to
moderate de.soc.politik.moderiert. Perhaps altavista/dejanews
knows more....
But if someone needs help: I will try my best.
