There was a post a while back about a search done in SAP looking for the
'19' string in all ABAP's. The result was over 300 programs where 19 is
hard coded. The programs all dealt with the interpretation of user input
when the century is omitted. The solution is to force all date fields to
have 4 character for the year part. This can be done in the domain
definition for dates.

SAP is year 2000 compliant - or it will work if you always supply the
century.
