If you feel uncomfortable with using plain C and a commercial (though
not expensive) third party library is ok with you, you can have a look
at http://rfcconnector.com/ - it allows you to call virtually any
RFC-enabled module from every language which supports COM (including VBS
and Power Shell/Nomad scripts).
