We currently have an internal position open for a highly energetic,
self-motivated Sr Account Manager to support our rapid growth in the
IT Consulting / Staffing / Recruiting industry at our offshore office
located in Hyderabad, India.
Role & Responsibilities
=EF=82=A7	Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
=EF=82=A7	Develop relationships with hiring / business mangers of clients
=EF=82=A7	Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow
through with hiring teams
=EF=82=A7	Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients'
expectations.
=EF=82=A7	Manage and develop relationships with consultants.
=EF=82=A7	Meet revenue and bottom line targets
=EF=82=A7	Report on daily basis to Executive Vice President on activities
performed and submit weekly sales reports
=EF=82=A7	Travel to meet clients to help improve relationships and business
=EF=82=A7	Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate with other department
personnel as & when required
  Qualifying factors
=EF=82=A7	3+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales in IT Staffi=
ng
industry, USA
=EF=82=A7	6 =E2=80=93 8 years of total experience in Sales / Business Devel=
opment,
preferably from IT industry
=EF=82=A7	Aggressive in nature, consistently met sales targets
=EF=82=A7	Good understanding of staffing business, sales process and
recruitment process
=EF=82=A7	Ability to generate new leads, respond to RFIs / RFPs
=EF=82=A7	Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
=EF=82=A7	Strong communication & presentation skills
=EF=82=A7	Good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
=EF=82=A7	Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and negotiation skills
=EF=82=A7	Good team management and coordination skills
=EF=82=A7	Experience in ACT / Salesforce will help
Education
Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree preferably in Sales & Marketing /
Management
