I'm not sure if there is already a solution that offers especially a
web-interface for your smart phone depending on this tcode but anyway
- try to get some informations about the "SAP connector" for .NET,
Java or PHP. All kinds of this SAP connectors are able to deliver an
interface to the SAP box which is necessary to import and export data
for all kinds of activities e.g. starting a report on your SAP box.
