Check customizing for Purchasing & Material Master Data: fields set to mandatory, OME9, lot numbers, withdrawals for consumption

Fields set to mandatory: How can I check which fields for creation of
material master data are set to "mandatory", "optional" or "hidden",
concerning these fields:
- Base Unit of measure
- Material Group
- Purchasing Value Key
- Unlimited over delivery option
- Automatic PO
OME9: How can I check with transaction OME9 that "two way matching"
and "three way matching" (goods receipts versus purchase order versus
invoice) is configured?
Lot numbers: How can I check whether lot numbers are automatically
assigned to all goods receipts?
Withdrawals for consumption: How can I check if customizing is set up
in the way that withdrawals for consumption are only able to be booked
out of unrestricted-use stock and all such withdrawals reference a
production order?
