Position: SAP HR Payroll Analyst/Developer
Location: Harrisburg, PA

This position of the SAP HR Payroll Analyst is with a 10+ billion
dollar manufacturing and service company. Our client is seeking an
experienced individual to become part of the strategic design and
deployment of SAP Human Capital Management systems throughout the
company. As part of the global rollout of SAP, our client has
deployed the SAP HR/Payroll application in the US. Presently, there
is a renewed focus and sense of urgency to take global advantage of
the processes and data that a robust HCM system can provide. You will
be given the opportunity to support, enhance and extend our clients US
SAP HR application suite and be part of the effort to globalize this
in the future. Our client needs 5 high-energy SAP Business Systems
Analysts. You will work closely with the Global Human Resource
business community; you will define requirements, develop the process
blueprint, configure, test and deploy HCM solutions.

Position: SAP SD Senior Analyst

operations. All of the design, configuration and development of SAP
is done by a globally dispersed team of Company employees, reporting
to the Director of Global ERP Systems. This Core Team is organized by
SAP functional module, with other separate groups dedicated to
technical support (BASIS and ALE), and to the creation of training
material. Each Core Team functional group has both SAP Analysts and
SAP Developers. This job description is for a Sales & Distribution
Senior Analyst on the SAP Core Team.. The core team member would be

Position: Manager of Global Finance Business Process

This position of the Manager of Global Finance Business Process is
with a 10+ billion dollar manufacturing and service company. Our
client has been deploying a global SAP System throughout its operating
entities for the last 6 years. The deployment has created the
opportunity for immense business value by creating consistent, world
class business processes. This unique opportunity is to lead a small,
nimble group of SAP Financial Process experts with the mission to
optimize and standardize the Global SAP Finance application which is
deployed to 90% of our business. In this role, you will have extensive
interaction with Global Finance leaders to propose and design new or
enhanced financial processes. You will also work closely with the
other SAP Team members to ensure that the designed process is properly
integrated and implemented in the Global SAP Template.
You must display a high level of independence, innovation and
accountability. You must be able to distill clear, crisp, consistent
financial solutions to a wide range of complex business processes. You
must also possess the desire, willingness, and ability to promote the
Shared Service strategy / philosophy and Business Process
standardization which is a cornerstone of the SAP initiative.
Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required
Required:
- Ten or more years of Financial experience across more than one
region of the world.
- Working knowledge of SAP Financial processes and GAAP, Sarbanes
Oxley controls.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Act as a SAP System Integration Analyst to provide Integration
Services for the SAP platform with the .Net Technology, Website
Infrastructure setup, ABAP development, Custom BAPI development, SAP
Enterprise Portal and SAP CRM PCUI, SourceSafe Setup and Maintenance,
SQL Server Setup.
