QuarkXPress Server provides on-demand publishing. QuarkXPress Server
software lets you create customized, design rich documents on the fly
- using only a web browser. It combines the power and convenience of
the Internet with the industry-leading design capabilities of
QuarkXPress software. QuarkXPress Server gives you the power to create
and output a broad range of professionally designed documents - from
business forms and brochures to documents displayed on the web.
Essentially, the User Interface has been removed and a network layer
(HTTP) has been added. In addition, QXPS has been made multi-threaded

not true for QuarkXPress. Moreover, QXPS is a scalable solution and
can add more processing power within its same existence. Simply put,
if there is a need for more processing power QuarkXPress Server can be
easily configured to provide this and work within the existing
framework (i.e. no need to retool a solution already build).
