Project Description:
* Project: End to End SAP Implementation.
* SAP Version: My SAP ERP- ECC 6.0.
* Modules in scope: PP.
* Industry Profile: Manufacturing; Discrete Manufacturing.
Skills & Experience Required:
6-8 yrs. of SAP experience
15 yrs overall industry experience
Must have blueprinting experience
Soft-Skills:
=FC Good communication and presentation skills
=FC Ability to understand module-level issues / conflicts and help
resolve them appropriately.
=FC Ability to understand cross-module issues and address /
escalate to Program Manager / team Lead Consultant in time to solicit
a resolution without causing delay.
=FC Ability to manage customer expectations within the boundaries
of the product
Expected Deliverables (Minimum) Team Leads:
=D8 Lead the team for Blueprint workshops, guidance and review on
preparation of workshop materials, interaction with client team
members, adherence to project quality, ensuring timely delivery.
=D8 Execute along with Client key users / Business leads in
detailed design and implementation activities
=D8 Help Client Team in the compilation of Business Process
Document in line with best-practices and SAP processes
=D8 Support the Client team members in the various activities of
the implementation through hand holding and periodic knowledge
transfer sessions
=D8 Guide the Client team and project team members in product
configuration, testing, data transition and training related
activities
=D8 Creation of functional specification to technical team for any
technical developments identified during the project
=D8 Understand and perform Customizing activities
=D8 Initiate and resolve functional and integration issues through
cross module teams
=D8 Support standardization initiatives
=D8 Report status to the Program Manager
=D8 Support development of to-be business process
=D8 Finalize Data migration strategy and plans
=D8 Guide the Company team members in the training material
development and key user knowledge sharing sessions
=D8 Participate in the identification of gaps and suggest
solutions
=D8 Participate in the development of functional specifications for
the interfaces and enhancements
