Hi,

We have a position open for a SAP HR Functional to work for a Long term
project in San Ramon,CA.

The requirement detail for this position is as follows:

Position : SAP HR Functional
Location : San Ramon,CA
Duration : Long Term
Start Date : Immediate

Job Requirement :

Resolving of entire US Payroll configuration issues. Meeting of SLA's
and suggesting  process  improvements  in  the  area  of  Payroll.
Business development   and   consulting   duties.   Onsite/offshore
payroll  team co-ordination.






 Primary Skills:



Should  have strong domain knowledge in US
Federal  and State Tax laws.
Expert in SAP Tax reporter, Returns, Adjustment
processing, Garnishment  processing  and complete  US  payroll
processing.
Should have  US Benefits domain knowledge and SAP Benefits
configuration   skills.
Good communication  and client handling skills.
Should  possess consulting  and  business development  skills.
Experience in working with  onsite/offshore model. SAP certified in  US
 Payroll  and  US APA professional
certification would be preferable.
