how to setup LSOFE

Hello everyone
Im struggling with installation and configuration LSOFE addon in the
ERP2004. Currently I've imported it into SAINT and then installed it
(SAINT said it was success).
Then I went to SICF and activated both services (hcm_learning,
hcm_lso_old), but when I try to test it they dont recognize even DDIC
user so I cant login.
I went through "Enterprise Learning: Configuration Guide" (I belive it
tells me how to configure LSO under ERP2004) but I cant even
successfully create IMG project becouse I dont have Training and Event
Management -> SAP Learning Solution node ...
Ive read on the other discussion that addon needs to be somehow
published. Could anyone tell me how can I publish my LSOFE services?
I understand that I have to import iView to make LS, is that true?
