Is there a Data Dictionary or MetaData for SAP databases & tables?

Meine Frau ist ein SAP-DB Verwalter, und sie versucht desparately,
etwas gute Unterlagen =FCber ein Daten-W=F6rterbuch oder MetaData f=FCr
SAP-Datenbanken u. -tabellen zu finden. (sie arbeitet auf dem Mobile
Produkt).
Beispiel - IDES:
Databases/tables: mw_qin, mw_qout, usw..
Field namen: qid, arfcipid, usw..
Alle m=F6gliche links zu, denen sie diese Informationen einholen kann
(entweder in der tabellarischen oder schematischen Form) w=FCrden GROSS!

My wife is an SAP DB Administrator, and she's desparately trying to
find some good documentation on a Data Dictionary or MetaData for SAP
databases & tables. (She works on the Mobile product).
Example - IDES:
Databases/tables: mw_qin, mw_qout, etc.
Field names: qid, arfcipid, etc.
Any links to where she can obtain this information (in either tabular
or schematic form) would be GREATLY appreciated!!
