try it manually "SAPCAR -xvf SAPEXE.CAR" sometimes that works. If you 
canunpach it manually then copy the sapexedb.car to sapexe.car and restart.

If not "http://service.sap.com/download" and then go for installations 
to download the whole CD or for patches to get the kernel archive only.
