Problem Updation Infotype 0 and 1

Within the HR module is there a report/program that I can run to update
all values on infotype 0 and 1.
Basically when users update the position details (employee group and sub
group) I want this to reflected on Infotype 0 and 1. I have come acrosss
a report called Rhinte00 but this only update the ORG units.
Your help will be greatly appreciated
