SAP XI demo RFC error

Hello,
We are trying to set up the flight demo in XI. When we try to check
the flightseatavailability via RFC, we are receiving the same error
over and over again. This error is 'couldn't find delivery channel for
....' If we test it via proxy it works perfectly. The question is does
anybody know what is causing this error and/or how we can solve it?
This is what we've checked so far:
- the RFC destinations in transaction sm59
- the JPR settings
- recreated the interface determination, communication channel
- we can see in the error report that the correct interface
destination is chosen
