If you use the SAP Organisational Management, means you have customized the
Org units, positions, and so on. It could be helpfull your authority conzept
based on this elements. Reason: if an employee leav the firm and his
successor take the same position, the basis have no administration work,
because the roles are linked with the position and not with the person.
Without a working Organisational Management the customizing is a lot of work
for a really small advantage. The normal personal administration elements
(i.e. personal area) are usefull (ausreichend) for an HR authority conzept.
The customizing for Organisational Management is in the responsability from
your HR department and not basis.
