What you did is you added customizing projects or views or customizing
projects to a role. If you want user-exits in a role you would have to add
the transactions cmod or smod respectively.

If you mean that you want to add whatever is in a customizing project, you
already described the way to do it.

goto menu tab
goto utilities, customzing auth
add
either project or project view gives me the list of project name

Not easy. You would have to add the whole FI customizing IMG and then go
through the authorizations and check wether there is any transaction and/or
object that allows more than display and take that out.
