There are some books like "ALE, EDI & IDoc Technologies for SAP"
or "The SAP R/3 Guide to EDI and Interfaces". And the SAP training
CA210, BC620, BC621. Note that SAP doesn't support ANSI X.12
directly - you'll need a converter.
