I recall reading that if GuiXT is activated in SAPGUI, you can do exactly
this - place a button on the screen which will launch a browser window
either separately or in a frame, passing parameters.  A GuiXT script (text
file) needs to be present on the local PC, which will pace the button on the
appropriate screen if GuiXT is activated.
