Thanks for your response but my XP is NTFS(C and D partitions) .
However, this is the picture:

I have XP on my laptop 
I have another computer that has Windows 98 and this is where my DATA
CD(miniSAP basis 2 CD)is. I networked the two systems together and
have my 2nd CD copied from my FAT32 Windows 98 to XP laptop.
