Hi!
Right, the entry for TSTC has been removed, but not the program and dynpro
itself:
Use "SE93" and create your own transcation (f..e. ZSE49).
Program : SAPMSEUZ
Dynpro : 0200
authority: S_DEVELOP
I just tried out at 4.7 and it works fine.
