Hi Everybody,
My Question is -
What methods do people know about/use to reset master and
transactional data in their SAP R/3 system before they go live.
ie.
Resetting Account balances, Deleting test sales, and Purchase orders,
Deleting inventory documents etc.
Our (Telecom New Zealand) scenario is that we are progressively
refining our production/go live configuration in a development client,
including the manual setup and conversion of customers, some
materials, and other Master data. In order to test that the
configurations are correct, we have to post transaction information in
this client (of course).
I have seen a few programs such as SAPF020, SAPF019, RMMMIN00, and
RVVBUK00 , but these are by no means a comprehensive way of preparing
a productive environment. In particular things that are missed are
Purchase Orders/Requisitions etc.
Any help/suggestions will be gratefully received.
