SD/CO: link SD-order/item with CO-order

Hello SAP-gurus,
do someone out there knows a solution how I can connect
SD-orders or SD-items with CO-orders? The SD-item table
owns a field for CO-orders, but there is no entry field.
In the SD-order table doesn`t exist any field for SD-orders
(and there is no entry field).
The goal is to link a SD-order with a CO-order and to
be able to 'overwrite' this link for every item.
