Authorization isn't setup at transaction level, but on a lower level. You
will find that you can execute transactions, but the results will differ
based on your user authorizations.
For instance, an employee might be allowed to create purchase-orders for
purchasing group EK1 but not for EK2. Both employees are allowed to
execute the PO-create transactions. An authorizationmanager should
work-out the detailed authorizations; via which transaction the PO-is
created doesn't really matter.
