* 2-3 years SAP R/3 exp. in at least one major SAP module
* Must have been through more than one full SAP project lifecycle
* Have well developed SAP configuration skills
* Need to have methodology experience
* Need to have a good grasp of business processes
* Good people skills required
* Good consulting skills required
Graduates preferred, preferably from one of the "Big 6"
