Screen Sequencing problem

I'm having a problem with screen sequencing. I have a material set up
as serialized (serial # profile 0001) and have no problem with ordering
it. However, if I try to create a delivery and goto the menu
Item -> Serial Numbers, I get Error IO300 - Error in Screen Sequence.
Is this unique to my system? Can anyone help?
