I imagine we all become the sum of our experiences. I convinced a friend
to put himself through ABAP training. I gave him a list of headhunters
to contact after he graduated. he didnt find work for about 5
months!!!! and when he did, i think it was something like 40/hour.
Hopefully he will do better down the road; there were times i felt bad
about convincing him to go to abap certification. once you have 2 years
experience you should have no problem finding contracts in the
90-100/hour range if present rates hold out.
