Soft Guide International is a growing, aggressive software consulting
firm in search of highly skilled professionals experienced in SAP HR
modules. We are currently seeking Staff Consultants (several levels)
for our Atlanta, Chicago and New York offices. These positions
require extensive travel.
There are 2 Senior Consultant positions available in all 3 regions:
SAP REQUIREMENTS for SENIOR CONSULTANTS
SAP TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year of ABAP/IV (preferred) or
Screen Painter (ability to create transactions and HR infotypes). Use
of Data Dictionary (ability to create data structures/match codes is
desired, but not mandatory).
SAP FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years in 2 or more of the
following SAP HR modules: Gross & Net Payroll, Personnel
Administration, Time Management and Personnel Development.
OTHER SAP REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years R/3 2.1, 2.2 or 3.0.
Ability to configure the SAP system using the Implementation Guide
(IMG). Ability to create batch input sessions and I/O files. Must be
fluent in speaking and writing the English language.
OTHER SKILLS:
Teaching > Ability to conduct standard SAP training, and ability to
conduct customer tailored training. Pre-Sales> Ability to conduct SAP
HR demonstrations, to prepare proposals for customers, and ability to
conduct workshops.
Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
EDUCATION: 4 year University/College degree.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years in relevant areas (Human
Resources, SAP R/3, Information Technology. At least 1 year as a
Senior Consultant. At least 1 SAP HR project.
TRAVEL: Must be able to travel within the United States extensively
(80 to 100 per cent) for 2 years.
COMPENSATION: Depends upon level of experience.
