Batch Input Programs
Worked on the Interface of Legacy to SAP system of Material Master .=20
The development effort is for the interface of DPRS Engineer=20
Changes into SAP. When a DPRS EC is release from an Engineering=20
location an ECNO's file is created and sent to the affected=20
manufacturing plants/location. Using this file as an input,=20
the local DPRS Receiver Program creates the output file that=20
contains DPRS interface Transactions. This output file will be=20
used by the legacy extract program to send the specific set of=20
DPRS transactions used by this program. This Program then reads=20
the input file containing DPRS transactions and maintains the=20
SAP Material Master. Invocation Method type was Batch (Background) =20
Hoechest Celanese Ltd. Feb 97 - March 97=20
Responsible for the Conversion of Vendor Master data from=20
SAP R/3 3.0 C to SAP R/3 3.0 F Written BDC Programs to transfer =20

4. Involved in the analysis, design, development, testing,=20
and implementation with Sales andDistribution Module (SD Module) of=20
SAP R/2 System. Implementation of SD module isbeing carried out in=20
the Sales department which takes care of quotation processing,=20
order processing etc. The module fulfills the requirements of an=20
entire functional chain from inquiry through order processing to=20
shipping and also billing.
5. Before the implementation of SAP R/2 System the company=20
had its sales system under UNIX and ORACLE environment. So the=20
migration had to be carried out from the existing master and=20
transaction data to SAP format.
6. Data Dictionary Design : At the end of the design all the=20
required tables and fields were taken into account and the data=20
dictionary was designed.
7. Transactions: Developed transactions, designed screens,=20
and created dynpros used transaction BASE to develop the transaction,=20
basically used to invoke payroll system developed about 20 screens.=20
(Used PBO and PAI module extensively) and also used Menu Painter.
8. Migration activity: Responsible for writing programs to=20
upload data from non SAP system to SAP format. Fort this transaction=20
DDIC was used to create CONTROL BLOCK also SAPREPUJCL was used to run=20
ABAP/4 Program in batch mode to create BDC Session and put its detail=20
to SP00L file i.e. BTCI. Transaction SBDC was also used toupdate the=20
database.=20

Garment Inventory:=09

Informationof Garment Inventory Information System. The system=20
kept a track of the stocks of each item in the stores. It allowed=20
