I have recently been offered a position which involves Business
Process Re-Engineering for a manufacturing company.
The company will be introducing SAP in the near future, and it is
expected that my role will develop into its implementation. My role is
unlikely to involve SAP from an IT point of view.
Is there any literature available which relates specifically to
implementation of SAP, Business Process Re-Engineering, and how they
are best developed and implemented?
I have no previous knowledge of SAP.
I would be grateful for any comments, ideas and information to help
with the above.
I would also be interested in correspondence with other consultants
who have managed similar situations.
