oracle data block corruption

Every six weeks or so we are getting oracle data block corruption errors.
The data block address will have an incorrect value for arg1 (in the trace
file dump). We have confirmed that the hardware and firmware are ok.
Has anyone run into oracle data block corruption with a similar
configuration?
sap 2.2f
oracle 7.1.6
AIX 4.1.5
IBM SP2 with the database residing on a high node (8 way, inframe)
IBM's SSA disks using lvm mirroring and the jfs filesystem for the database
datafiles.
