=B7 This  software  product  has been   developed  using  sap =20
development tools for in house use  of  the  Birla Consultancy=20
Software Services(BCSS). it  intends  to  provide  processing of=20
monthly payroll  of about  300  employees  of  BCSS located  at =20
various  branches.
=B7 It=92s  special  features  includes, automatic  tax  computation, =20
arear processing, accumulation  of  yearly  data  for  individual =20
employees, blocking individual salary  processing, mass  change =20
procedure  for  employee  master database, simulation  facility  etc.
=B7 In  this  module , concept  of  grade  dependent  allowances,=20
salary slab dependent allowances, divisions, cost centres, and=20
