Database Architect
Job Description: Database expert to model, design and implement
relational databases and data warehouses
in the client/server enviornment.
Required Skills: Experience in data modeling (ER,OLTP) with relational
database design (3-5 years);
Implementation of both logical and physical databases (3-5 years);
Knowledge and experience with
optimization and tuning techniques (2 years); Knowledge and experience in
data allocation strategies (2
years); Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills: Multidimensional data modeling and dimensional analysis
(familiarity with star schemas);
Design of Decision Support databases.
