Hi Clemens:

My name is Peter Rehm and I am the primary recruiter for Cumberland Technologies.

I'm sorry to see that you've gotten this impression about recruiters.
Our firm does not try to represent itself as the only way to the Big 6. As has been
written by other Big 6 direct recruiters, you are encouraged to submit yourself
directly to them if you feel inclined that way.

We have, though, been asked by these Big 6 firms to present candidates which meet
their certain criteria. They basically ask us to supplement their staff at no cost since
they are usually inundated with submissions from SAP'ers and other disciplines which
they must recruit, sometimes concurrently. They are human and from time to time
can't deal with the volume their firms ask them to put forward. We are there to
provide support in these times.

The intangible that we present is that we have typically built up working relationships
with many of the screeners and the hiring managers that work in the Big 6. These
relationships sometimes allow us to keep your candidacy more in the forefront and to
get answers to your questions much faster than you would if you were to submit
yourself directly.

Hey, we're not perfect and we certainly understand that the Big 6 wants to hire you
directly. If I can be of any more help, you may contact me directly
at plrehm@mindspring.com

Best regards,
Peter Rehm
