Printing WINHELP documentation

The SAP documentation is distributed on CD in WinHelp format. One of the
drawbacks is the whole manual cannot be easily printed. I heard that there
is a public domain shareware product that will print an entire WinHelp file.
Does anybody know its name, and where it can be obatined?
