I agree with you Scott. There are plenty of "Job Banks" where the 
recruiters could post their requirements. What annoys me most is that 
many want ads are not identified in the subject line as such, causing you 
and I and others who want to read/exchange information about SAP to wade 
through their drek.

Would it be appropriate for members of this list to respond to want ads 
with a request that the agencies include such declarations?
