How to manage different sales Product code for the same Product

We implement SD and MM on R/3 v3.0e
I try to find a solution to be able to have the same product sold by
different Sales companies with a different Product code, one product code
by each Sales Company.
E.g. : A blue pen is managed internally in the Product database under
internal reference 000022457 and should be sold
by company 1 with a product code AC12487
and by company 2 with a product code Z12478
Do you have any idea to suggest ?
