There are utilitiees which work with WIN-Help-files in general, which convert
them to Winword or plain-text files.
Look for the packages hlpdc*zip and smartdoc.zip.
hlpdc was shareware or similar once, but has now been licenced by someone,
so it SHOULD not be available anymore ;-) It is now available commercially.
I do not know the price. It converts to plain text.
smartdoc.zip
converts Winhelp-files to Winword-files with colored-links 'n' all
I think it is shareware also .. just look in your any DOS and windows.archives
