there are several ways of demoing SAP, depending on what you are looking
for.
SAP comes with it's own demos system IDES, which is by far the best demos
system. Of course you need to have SAP installed and 8-12GB of extra
diskspace. The most common demos are screencams, which target specific
areas, industries etc.
