The SAP R/2 mailing list discusses many kinds of problems. Together
we talk about many subjects and together we form a powerful tool to
give answers to those questions we have. If you would like to be part
of these discusions, you should join the mailing list, as many did
before you.

If you want to join the list, just send me an e-mail, put "R/2 list"
as the start of the subject and write me you want to join the team...

As an example, here the latest article of the R/2 list...

Implementing the ABAP IV Query tool.

In our nearer future the office I work for wants to implement the
abap4-Query module. It's said to be a powerful tool for retrieving
information from the SAP system. But what about the problems to be
encountered? SAP certainly doesn't know anything about problems. The
Query is a good system, easy to use and performance won't turn bad.

So the theory is quit positive. But what about practice? What about
the many questions that couldn't be answered? That's the reason for
asking about others about their experiences. What are the extra costs
of the implementation of the Query? Was it worth it?
And what about security?
And is it true that the performance won't get worse by using the
Query? While on the query-course in Walldorf last month, the system
crashed because of the many users creating their queries at the same
time. Are this problems that will happen in normal production
situations too?

I invite all members of the SAP R/2 mailing list and everybody else
who wants to discuss the subject, to tell about their experiences and
I say thanks in advance for the reactions...
