we did not find the error in any logfile. It just pops up in the sap-curses-
window.
we are just training to install the product. We allready have been succesfull
for serveral times. So we didn't modyfy the kernel more than once. In fact
we didn't modify it at all, because, we started with a running sand-box
system. rmed the whole thing, repartitioned the non-system disks, made a
lovely file system layout as i was told on the golden pac80 course, installed
the product again. The error appeared during the fourth or fifth
reinstallation.
Now our sand-box is closed until weekend.
We will then review logfiles and kernel datas as proposed.
