the three stages of SAP implementation were finalized.
=B7 PREPARATION OF SYSTEM REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION (SRS):=20
In this specifications, we have laid down the sequence of=20
steps for the proposed system. This was done considering=20
DFR and mapping on to SAP system. Table settings transaction=20
for- sales agreement, delivering order, invoice have been=20
identified. Table setting like 183A, 183C, 183R etc. were=20
also identified.

=B7 CREATION OF PROTOTYPE: Prototype was built on the basis of=20
contents of SRS, A separate testing zone was created. =20
All transactions were selected and modified as per user=20
requirements. The sequence of steps were also set along=20
with the procedures for Delivery/Invoice Blocking. All the=20
main tables like 195, PRV etc. were set. Order type,=20
invoice type, delivery note type were identified and all=20
related tables according to their relationship were set.

CHECKING INTEGRATION ASPECTS WITH RF:=20
Created a separate test client where only the customized=20
tables and relevant transactions were copied for the=20

The integration with RF was checked by posting invoices=20
