You could be right.  However, up until the SAP Mailing List at MIT came
down, there certainly were a lot of contract and job postings from a large
number of systems integrators and recruiters.  As a vendor in the employee
self-service field, almost every time we go into a new prospect, the
company wants to hire us for our SAP HR expertise.  So, I know there is
still demand in the HR arena.  However, I'm also seeing a number of
companies going live and turning to the SAP maintenance model.  And, they
are letting their contractors and employees go.  So, we may start to see a
glut of people.  The really good ones, will understand not only SAP but
also process engineering, in which case they will have NO trouble finding
new opportunities.
